The location of this hotel is excellent, with a nice creek on the property and plenty of restaurants and attractions within a 15-minute walk. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
No hot water for showers and no apology or offer of a solution. Room was in poor condition with a damaged bathroom door and overall uncleanliness.

The room had convenient amenities like a refrigerator, a seating area, and a writing desk. the breakfast included cereals, yogurt, eggs, and hot waffles. the location was comfy, only 600 feet from Gatlinburg Skylift Park. Being surrounded by mountains and a river was a nice touch. It was a fairly nice stay for the price.

I had a great stay at the hotel for 3 nights. It was a perfect place to stay for exploring the area and attending a convention. The location was excellent, close to shopping and the convention center. The hotel staff was quick and accommodating when we needed to change out the fridge to store insulin. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely patio to enjoy the view. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable!

quality inn exceeded our expectations during our valentine's day stay in gatlinburg. the location was perfect, with a creek running through the property and the parkway within walking distance. the room was clean and comfortable, and the spa bath was a nice touch.
